The Sheridan County Community Foundation would like to remind residents that they can support their favorite local charitable organizations during this year’s “GivingTuesday” event on Tuesday, Nov. 30.

Donors can stop by Bottle KAP Studios, 721 Main St, in Hoxie, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to make their contributions. Funds raised that day will be passed on to the recipient organizations.

What is GivingTuesday?

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement that unleashes the power of radical generosity around the world. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past nine years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
